Study Groups
Thousands of our students have completed the course as part of a study group. This method has several advantages, including the mutual encouragement you can get from other group members pushing you forward in your study. A good leader (a full time Christian worker or someone who has done the course before) can pass on valuable insights. Groups can be anywhere from two to two hundred. Group leaders who have already completed the course, or an equivalent, may purchase the notes at a special price. So if you're not part of a group already or your church is not planning to start one then enquire at the places listed below. Watch this space for further updates on the location of groups.
For further information on how to start or run a group, please contact our office.
Joining a Study Group
Contact your local church to find out if they are running Certificate in Theology units, or consider joining one of the following groups:
• St Andrews City School of Ministry
• Northmead School of Ministry
Please note two things of particular importance:
Group formation, leadership and participation is a purely fiduciary arrangement amongst the members concerned, and no group or its leadership is authorised to act as agent on behalf of Moore College. Our responsibilities are limited to supplying, on receipt of the requisite monies and information, the goods and services as advertised in our current brochure.
Except for enrolment and payment of fees through the group leader, we deal with members of the group directly as our students on the information they supply to us individually or through their leader.
